We are happy to serve all of your Haitian art needs. Please let us know how we can improve our service. Our customers' satisfaction is essential to us!

We want you to enjoy the art you have acquired. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, return it undamaged for an exchange on qualified item(s), less a 15% re-stocking fee and less shipping and handling charges, within five days of receipt. Items marked as "Price on Request" and "Private Collections" are non-refundable and non-returnable.

Due to logistical considerations, some pricing information is private. Once you click "Inquire," we will email you the asking price.

Ordering Options

• Online: Browse our selection and choose your item. Then click "Add to Bag." Once you are done with all of your selections, you can proceed to checkout from there. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to call us at 845-367-3039 or email us at myriam@naderhaitianart.com  

• Phone: Call 845-367-3039 to speak to Myriam personally.

• Fax: Fax a note at 845-786-3674 indicating the product name, series number, size, title, mailing address, contact information, and payment information.

Payment Options

    • We accept all major credit cards, including American Express, Visa, and MasterCard. We also accept PayPal, personal checks, Zelle, money orders, Cashier' Checks, and Wire Transfers. 
    • We also offer lay-a-way plans on selected purchases via Shop Pay or Affirm Payment. Once you add your item, you'll be prompted to see if you qualify after choosing your option. If you need more information, please send us an email myriam@naderhaitianart.com.
    • If we cannot fulfill our obligation to ship an order, we will refund the amount charged to the original credit card or account, except if the situation is beyond our control.
    • Sales Tax - New York State residents must include an applicable sales tax of 8.875%.

Shipping and Handling Charges

 We offer free shipping for orders over $10,000. The expected handling and shipping time is 5-15 days. International handling and shipping may be more prolonged, depending on the carrier. The buyer is responsible for customs and duties fees when shipping overseas.

The shipping costs from/to overseas vary according to the size and weight of the package. A large painting will cost less if it is un-stretched and rolled than if shipped as is. We recommend paying for the shipment as is, meaning the painting is delivered door to door and ready to hang. In most countries, the cost of re-stretching can be much higher than shipping. Also, shipping costs could be reduced if you order multiple paintings. The choice is all yours! 

Once we receive payment, it usually takes three to seven business days for domestic orders and eight to thirty days for international orders. Please note that we are not responsible for duties, taxes, or additional charges customs may charge for international deliveries. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We aren't responsible for delays or product damages due to customs.

Exchanges, Returns, and Securities/Private Policies

What happens if I change my mind after I order?

Our priority is getting items delivered to our customers as fast as possible. However, we have a 4-hour grace period should you change your mind after placing an order. Items marked as "Price on Request" or Private Collections are non-refundable and non-returnable. Just contact us at 845-367-3039 or myriam@naderhaitianart.com  

What happens if I want to exchange my purchase?

We want you to be happy. Your items may be eligible for exchange if returned within five days of receiving your original order. Items must be returned in the same condition they were sent, meaning in good condition. The client is responsible for all shipping costs due to exchanges. Some restrictions apply. There is a re-stocking fee of 15% per item returned. Call Us at 845-367-3039 to see if your item is qualified for an exchange.

Do you accept returns?

We guarantee the quality and originality of our artwork and services, so we do not process refunds. Only exchanges on qualified items are accepted by five days after receiving your original order. A 15% re-stocking fee will apply, and exchanges can only be accepted after the customer selects a new item. Items marked as "Price on Request" and "Private Collections" are non-refundable and non-returnable. 

The shipping costs of returns are charged to the client. We will refund the full amount charged to the original credit card or account if we cannot fulfill our obligation to ship any order.
