Exchanges & Returns
Q: Can I cancel my order?
Yes, within 4 hours of placing it.
Q: Can I exchange my purchase?
Select Exchanges are allowed within 3–5 days if the artwork is undamaged. The buyer pays return shipping and a 15% restocking fee.
Q: Do you accept returns?
Refunds are not offered. Only approved exchanges or store credits are allowed. Works marked “Price on Request,” “Special Deals,” or “Private Collections” are non-returnable.

Q: Are the artworks authentic?
Yes. Each piece is original and comes with a Certificate of Authenticity issued by Myriam Nader Art Gallery.

Q: What can I use the Virtual E-Gift Card for? A: The Virtual E-Gift Card can be redeemed exclusively on naderhaitianart.com for any artwork, professional appraisal, or gallery service.
Q: What is the maximum amount I can purchase?
A: You can buy a Virtual E-Gift Card for up to $10,000 per person and per order.
Q: How will I receive my e-gift card?
A: The card is delivered instantly by email to the recipient once payment is confirmed — no physical card will be sent.
Q: Will I get a receipt?
A: Yes. An email receipt is automatically sent to you after purchase for your records.
Q: How long is my e-gift card valid?
A: Your card remains valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
Q: Can I get a refund or transfer my card?
A: E-gift cards are non-refundable, non-transferable, and not redeemable for cash, except where required by law.
