Shipping & Handling

• Domestic Orders: Ship within 3–15 business days after payment is received.
• International Orders: 10–90 business days, depending on the carrier and location.
• Free Shipping: Available on select orders over $10,000.
• Buyers are responsible for customs duties and import taxes.

Multiple orders may be combined to reduce costs. 

Returns & Exchanges

• Grace Period: Orders may be canceled within 4 hours of placement.
• Exchanges: Eligible items may be exchanged within 3 days of delivery. Buyer covers return shipping. A 15% restocking fee applies.
• Non-Returnable Items: Art labeled “Price on Request” or “Private Collections.”
• Refunds: Only issued if we are unable to fulfill your order.

Certificates of Authenticity

Yes, all Haitian artworks bought from our gallery come with a certificate of authenticity and are carefully appraised by Myriam Nader, a certified Haitian art dealer and appraiser.

It is important to note that while Myriam Nader Salomon is an  expert appraiser and art dealer specializing in Haitian art, she is not a certified authenticator. Authentication is a separate field of expertise. However, her appraisals can help you better understand your artwork, support insurance or resale purposes, and guide you in making informed decisions.
