Consignment Agreement

This agreement authorizes Myriam Nader Art Gallery to represent and market the artwork for a minimum term of one (1) year, with automatic renewal for successive one-year periods unless terminated by either party with thirty (30) days' written notice prior to the renewal date. Net sale proceeds will be divided on a 60% Consignor / 40% Gallery commission basis. All shipping, packing, handling, and insurance costs are the sole responsibility of the Consignor.We work closely with collectors to present exceptional artworks with care, discretion, and market insight.
