What happens if I change my mind after I order?
Our priority is getting items delivered to our customers as fast as possible. We do, however, have a 4-hour grace period should you change your mind after placing an order. Items marked as "Price on Request", "Special Deals" and Private Collections are non-refundable and non-returnable. Just send us an email at email@example.com.
What happens if I want to exchange my purchase?
We want you to be happy. Your items may be eligible for exchange if returned within 5 days of receiving your original order. Items must be returned in the same condition they were sent, meaning in good condition. The client is responsible for all shipping costs due to exchanges. Some restrictions apply. There is a re-stocking fee of 15% per item returned. We are not responsible for damages due to customs procedures.

Do you accept returns?
We guarantee the quality and originality of our artworks and services, therefore; we do not process refunds. Only exchanges on qualified items are accepted no later than 5 days after receiving your original order. A 15% re-stocking fee will apply and exchanges can only be accepted after the customer selects a new item. Items marked as "Price on Request" and sold for private collectors are non-refundable and non-returnable. The shipping costs of returns are charged to the client. If we are unable to fulfill our obligation to ship any order, we will refund the amount charged to the original credit card or account. Please review carefully your shopping basket before purchasing. If you're eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com.. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as for instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We're not responsible for delays or damages due to customs.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards or products from Private collections, Special Deals, or "Price upon Request".
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
