The late famous Haitian painter Henri-Robert Bresil painted this beautiful and authentic 20"x24" oil painting. It depicts verdant vegetation with birds, ibis, and flamingos before a cascade. It is in good condition and sold unframed. The artwork is from the private collection of Myriam F. Nader.

About this artist

Henri-Robert Bresil was born in Gonaives, Haiti, on September 19, 1952, and died in April 1999. He started to paint in 1973 as a world-renowned painter. After receiving the Ispan-Unesco prize in 1981, he exhibited in all the major galleries in Haiti and abroad in the U.S., Puerto Rico, Japan, France, Italy, and Switzerland. Art lovers and collectors appreciated Bresil's art, which has been praised in the New York Times, Miami Herald, and Hostess Magazine, among other publications.
