Collection: Raoul Viard (Haitian, 1921-1984)

Raoul Viard is best known for his landscapes and vibrant colors applied with a spatula. He has been exhibited locally and in the US, where the Haitian government chose to inaugurate the World Health Organization in Washington, DC. "His skill allowed him to produce a large number of landscape paintings," states the art critic and author Gérald Alexis in his book "Peintres Haitiens."
