Meet the Owner: Myriam Nader Salomon

Born in Port-au-Prince, Haiti, I grew up surrounded by Haitian art as the daughter of Georges S. Nader, founder of the renowned Galeries d’Art Nader and Musée d’Art Nader. After earning my degree from New York University in 1988, I worked alongside my father and Haitian art historian Gérald Alexis, gaining practical experience in curation, sales, and art criticism.

Since 1989, I have dedicated my career to Haitian art, managing galleries in Haiti and Florida before establishing my own virtual gallery in New York in 2007. Today, I proudly continue my family’s legacy while building my reputation as a leading expert in Haitian art sales and appraisals.
