Self-taught artist Albott Bonhomme was born in 1963 in Port-de-Paix, Haiti. He became a professional artist in 1990 and painted birds in a lush oasis. He has been exhibited worldwide, and his art is appreciated by many collectors internationally, mainly in the US and Japan.
