This beautiful piece is painted and signed by the Haitian-American artist, Raymonde Talleyrand. It is a 20"x16" acrylic on canvas sold unframed. 

Some people find her mysterious. Some other hot under a drenching sun. The hat certainly shows an interesting assemblage of straw. Also, the face, partly covered shows good spots of light for a nice pattern. What an elegance!
